Inventory is the biggest issue, my store never has anything in stock for very long and as everyone knows you can't contact stores by phone calls you have to drive there each time.

I have been doing S22, S23, S24 deals for the past few years. Each year some people always mentioned 36 months requirement.

Yep I tried 2 stores near me around 10am-11am, both didn't have any stock. First one said we had one or two and sold out to the guy before me. Other said only shipping, nothing in stock. It's a joke

Reporting back after trying in store in DFW area. Store had stock of S25 128gb phones in multiple colors. Traded a basic iPhone 11 64GB and paid $23 including taxes. Also signed up for one year of free service so won't owe anything more until next year when $30/month begins.

Had 11 am appointment. Traded iphone 6. Towards s25 navy blue. New line. Paid in full had 20$ activation fee. 799- 705 trade. 121.64 paid including tax. Got the 20$ 1gb plan. Upgraded existing (free) line s24 to s25+ navy blue. 999 -950 trade.Paid in full. 53.49 with tax. Got physical Sims in both. Took 30 minutes. Thanks to posters

I got a Samsung Galaxy S25+ for $999, plus tax, which came to $1080. I also traded in my Pixel 9 in-store for $1040. So, in total, I paid $40. The trade-in amount is applied upfront, and they're charging the tax for the entire amount of the new phone.
