Has anyone able to do the trade-in in-store today? Couldn't call the stores as their listed numbers all lead to Spectrum Main number.

Edit: stopped by the store. They couldn't sell even though they have stock. They have to "pre-order"

Just pay in full ffs. In store you don't even pay the full amount, just price - Promo (so like $70).
Online you'll get the entire amount refunded, not over 36 months. 36 months only if you USE INSTALLMENTS.
I've had it confirmed multiple times by store employees and sales rep on phone.

Oh man, it looks like they removed Moto Play from the QVC deal from the trade-in list. I just tried it and got "Sorry, your Motorola MOTO G PLAY 2023 is not eligible for trade-in".

Does anyone know if I order online and then send in the trade in phone, do I have to wait for the trade in to be approved before trying to upgrade the line again to get another phone or can I still upgrade while the trade in is being processed?

Yes, I activated it with Tracfone, I can call and text. Well, I requested a port out PIN for the Metro iPhone deal, but it's still working. Porting should be completed once I receive the iPhone. Does Spectrum require an active # and a port-in? I thought they just need the device. Oh well, I hope it'll work in store.
EDIT: never mind, this morning Spectrum site says it will accept the Moto Play from Tracfone. I guess it was a temporary glitch.
