I think it does depend on your location. I tried to order in Chicago, price was normal/$19. Changed the delivery to LaCrosse, WI and the price dropped to $3. Thanks and rep'd!

I just ordered 2 for $2.87 each from Chandler, AZ store 85286. Free one day delivery with walmart +. I'll probably give one away to a rescue.
