Looks to be a great deal. Everyone will ask (myself included), is this the bottom?

Not the bottom, I'm sure. But very tempting if you've got a lot of Discover Card cashback available to sweeten the pot by 30%. And I do. And my sweet tooth is calling...

If you want an MIP display, this is pretty compelling as compared to buying the new 8 sapphire solar (MIP as well). The 8 is basically double the cost ($1200)

If you want AMOLED maybe a different story.

What do we think is the bottom and when?

I think I am going to bite and not open it. If price changes, will return or return and rebuy.

I would assume this isn't the bottom, but I'd also expect that the actual bottom prices are going to be very limited in quantity. Camel3 says this is $50 lower than the previous lowest point on amazon (last Christmas).

How do you get 30% off with Discover cashback?

Discover was running a deal where if you used cashback dollars to pay for something *sold* **and** *shipped* by Amazon you got 30% off. I did this for a few things in the past couple of weeks.

Not thinking this is working now.

Is this a good deal or go for an Epix 2 sapphire for $600

The Epix 2 has an AMOLED screen if what's what you're looking for.

Haven't seen the Epix 2 Pro Sapphire in a 51mm for $600.

Got my 6x sapphire for $335 last year. I don't think I need this. Is the main upgrade the screen?

I've got a Fenix 6 sapphire and have been looking to upgrade, so can help a little. The 7x Pro adds the flashlight and the upgraded heart rate sensor. I've read that the screen on the 7x solar model can be harder to view due to the type of solar panel that was used. This is supposed to be better in the Fenix 8 and Enduro 3. Otherwise, the screen type (MIP) is the same as your 6x.

7 also has touch screen and lighter. I recently got an upgrade through warranty because my 6's wifi failed. Common problem apparently

I have a 6 sapphire and the GPS has been horrible. Just got a Epix 2 sapphire (non-pro, white) from the $399 Walmart deal, hoping it will be better.

Just beware amazon takes weeks if not months for refunds for items of higher value like this. Its not a simple and quick return

It's a nice watch at a really good price in my opinion. Do I believe it's the bottom, no as it will be phased out with the release of the fenix 8. I have the epix pro gen 2 51mm and I really like it and I'm sure it's being discontinued as well.

I returned several 5X with broken vibration devices. Process is painless if you have been a prime member long enough.
