for these battery jump starters you should size way up- i bought one matched to the size of my engine and it didn't provide enough power to jump my car when it died

Battery will stop charging, no where to claim the warranty. Too much a hassle

Yeah, 1000a is maybe enough if your battery is just cold. Go with a 4000a or nothing. You'll eventually need it when your battery takes a crap.

Coupon worked, I grabbed one. The only downfall to this one is the weak 1000A, but at this price it should be fine for allot of 4 and 6 cylinder vehicles in moderate climates. A 3000A to 6000A are preferred for something harder to turn over (v8 or diesel) or in really cold weather.

I have a different model. This thing works, but I mistakenly clipped the terminals the wrong way one drunken evening and fried the wiring up to the starter. That was some expensive beer.
