I bought this 10k model 1 year ago for vacation. It sat in a drawer for about 6 months since its last usage and the battery had significantly swelled. It did work well the two times I had used it at least. YMMV but I'm no longer going to buy baseus batteries.

A Baseus rep reached out to me to assist in resolving my issue. Despite purchasing 13 months ago, they offered me a refund for the defective product. Thumbs up for their customer service.

According to a review and a q&a response, yes.
However, this might require charging the pack via the USB micro port; they didn't specify.

Update: TomB3469 checked on this, it will pass-through charge from either USB-C or USB micro to USB-A/C. It splits the power between the output port and charging its own internal battery.

I don't get the hate. Do you even own one of these? I do. A little over $10 buck for a 10kmah portable PD charging battery, and you're upset? You're entitled to your own opinion, but it's a bit of a ridiculous opinion if you don't even own the product - or any other Baseus charger. Just for the record, I bought one of these a few months ago, and it's been excellent so far... it even charges extra fast (esp for its price point) with the USB C PD input. I think it's a steal at this price... it's about the price of a damn chicken burrito at Chipotle.

Grab one. Baseus is a legit company. I've got 1 20.000 from Baseus and 10.000 from ZMI, both are working perfect for more than 5 years so far.

I have two of these I picked up a while ago. They have performed well with no issues (so far). It is hard to recommend buying from this company after their large rise and then massive fall from favor with so many quality control issues (and random, poor customer service following those issues) that so many customers can attest to. At the same time, it is really hard to argue with the price here. For me, they have been worth it at this price but I'm not convinced that I would buy more simply because I have so many battery banks laying around. If you need one or two, make sure you know the brand history. There is a small chance you would be one of the unlucky customers to actually experience these glaring problems but you should go in to this purchase with a full understanding
