It will definitely get it off, just don't be too aggressive because they can and will take paint as well. Depending on the paint, it may still slightly change the sheen.
I actually like these a lot, but they're overpriced

it's literally just melamine foam that you can get for much less. the built-in cleaner is a cool gimmick I guess, I'd rather choose the cleaner of my choice rather than these 'specialized' ones. just a different perspective, you do what's best for you 💪

I have purchased melamine foam "sponges" in the past, and they have broken down horribly while using them. To the point where I'd need 2-3 of them to take care of a job that a magic eraser would be able to be used again.

i use to know someone that worked at 3M with the mr. clean division and they stated that there are metal slivers (very fine) in them, probably why they work so much better than china junk

It works but it is overpriced and just a waste of $.
Get a powder cleaner like Ajax or Comet at any 99 cents store and a sponge and it'll be 100x better and cheaper.
Trust me, I had a discolored white tub that I've tried spraying bleach and everything to make it brighter but the hard stains wouldn't come off.
Spent like 10 mins with cleaning powder and a sponge and the entire tub looked so much better. Cost me nothing since I used an old dish sponge and already had the powder.

Still a tough buy when I can get 1000 for $12 from eBay.

You are probably getting the tiny one which are hard to hold. I do get the larger one on ebay and at this price point, I might just go with the real thing.

It will get the crayon off, but I'd be careful and test it in an inconspicuous spot first. I screwed up a bunch of paint on my walls using this. It's 100% noticeable where I used it and it's terrible.

I love melamine foam, especially Magic Erasers, but I do not like these variety packs. The ultrathick and soapy ones are far less useful than the regular ones. They also sell thin sheets, which I use frequently along with the regular Magic Erasers. The sheets are especially nice to clean grease since they can be discarded without wasting the money on using a regular one. Also, note that melamine foam can be very abbrasive and so be careful what you use them on and test first if in doubt. They work great for removing things like crayon and marker, but they can wear down paint if used a lot and they will damage wood finish and scratch metal.

Agreed. Seems like the density of the melamine foam is much higher with the "name brands" as all the ones I bought cheaply compress and disintegrate within the first few passes.
