I'm still going to go and turn my carseats in, but I get stressed out expecting technology to "work when it needs to work". This lets me know with a surety it's in my target app offers, and I can stress-free go and just huck my old carseats into the bin.

I wanted the $249.99 Rado Flyer Wagon which was one of the few not applying. Customer service first said it's because it was Radio Flyer, then when I pushed they said because it's foldable, which I also pushed back on, then finally manually adjusted the 20% off for me.
So it's always worth asking in chat in case the item you want isn't working.

As a result, I can scan the barcode now, see that I have the coupon in my app, and toss my carseat into the bin at my leisure (which I just did during lunch). In and out, talked to nobody. It was very smooth.
