This charger supports Programmable Power Supply so should support 25W Super Fast Charging 1.0 for compatible devices.

Ultimately this model from Belkin is optimized for phones and accessory charging. If you want to occaisionally charge a tablet and/or laptop you'd likely be better served by one of their beefier single port USB-C models (like the CCA004) or newer dual port models (such as the CCB005) which have USB-C support for 12V and 15V Power Delivery modes.
