I'm considering buying something like this. But the problem is that this lock cannot be rekeyed. I have three entry points to my house — front, garage and backyard. Currently, all three use the same key. Even if I decide not to change the backyard key (one doesn't often enter a locked house from the backyard), I will still need two different keys for the front door and the garage. Both are used just as often. I know that the whole idea of this lock is that one will usually use the number lock or the finger-print. But I would still want to keep the key on my key ring. So now I have to carry two keys instead of one. If they don't allow rekeying, they should at least sell a multi-pack with the same key.

This is a very uncommon thing for a common household, which is prolly why they're not offering. With this thing though, you really don't need a key. There's three way to unlock it.
1. Fingerprint
2. Unlock code
3. Phone app
I think those are pretty sufficient, and in the case ALL THREE options doesn't work, you could always use a different point of entry.

I have it for $120 purchased. So far it's working well. Just finger print works in certain ways. Overall, it's good smart lock with its price.

Use these expensive, but longest-lasting batteries:

It does, but you can disable this feature on the app.

I totally understand the need for this, but I have never used a key in the four years we've had ours. Fingers crossed I didn't just jinx myself because I no longer carry house keys around.

It does auto lock, however it can still auto lock while the door is still open.

Kind of was hung up on the same issue, but ultimately my solution is hide a key outside for emergencies. I went with some weird brand Aqara or something that I hadn't heard of. It uses Apple home key or so you can unlock with watch or phone, as well as fingerprint. Bought it from prime day yesterday.

The rest of my locks are kwikset, that can be rekeyed, but I don't think the key type is the same.

My other idea is to take my old keypad and put it on a side door. Then I've got backup. I have been locked out before because of suddenly dead batteries. But the new lock I got has an emergency usb c port for a charge, as well as an app that should tell me low batteries.

Edit- looks like it's still on sale for $132:
