I've been working from home (3-4 days a week) with this device for just over a year now. I dont code, but I do work in a creative industry as a designer and game on this occasionally.

It's a f'ing beautiful display. No signs of burn ins what so ever still after a full year of use doing productivity work like 3D modeling, photoshop, ppt, web browsing, slack, email, etc.

Copped this for gaming and productivity around 620 like 5-6mo ago after edu discount and cash back and Chase rewards.

Had a LCD curved 144hz before this; but the OLED just blows it out of the water. Crazy good blacks and zero latency. No signs of burn in so far 🤞🏾. Highly recommend

Seeing it for 719.99. Logged into my edu/epp account as well. Might not work for all edu/epp.

I've really been considering this.. I have a G9, and I kind of like 34" better than 49". But I might end up missing that extra space. OLED is amazing though.

You do it in the app? or website. Post says to use the app, I am seeing that price in the app. I might buy with an additional discount from chatting with support. We'll see.

I just went from a 34" to a 49" and I will definitely not be going back. I guess if I had a second 27" monitor with the 34" that would be great, but the 49" for productivity has been amazing. Gaming also feels more immersive, but I primarily got it for working.

That makes sense. I have two 4k 27's for work, and just use the 49" for gaming. I do really like it, but it takes a lot of space, and can be a bit much for some games. I play a lot of Age of Empires haha, and it is a big screen to deal with

i thought msi,asus,dell had qd-oled, i could be wrong (you may need to fact check me). and as for the one i got it wasn't a 34 i went with a 32" qd-oled

Oh they are qd-oled, I see. I thought qd oled was the second generation but I guess they are all qd oled and just different Generations of that tech
