FYI the inactive form of B6 (this or pyridoxine) can be neurotoxic and can cause neuropathy at levels around 100mg a day. Be aware it is an additive in many cereals, grains and wheat products. I personally take 100mg of P5P (active form of B6) instead to lower prolactin split into 50mg twice a day.

Junk, I ordered two bottles last time. The pills were all stuck together in both bottles in one huge lump. Its impossible to get any out of the bottle without cutting the top off of the bottle. Even then, trying to pry one free is nearly impossible. In the trash they went.
