I make my own. Just use any regular, liquid handsoap (dollar store soap works fine), even dish detergent, in a foaming dispenser. 3 parts water to one part soap. It's the dispenser that makes the foam, not the liquid.
That's regular hand soap. Not the foaming kind.
this stuff has been a pita to find lately, Ive just been buying the walmart version at times

I poured the rest of my dial bottle into my other non dial bottle and it doesn't foam anymore. It's not as simple as you suggest, the ratio must be spot on for that particular foamer.

I use bath and body foamer bottle. Works everytime..I think the ratio is even less than .33. Foaming soap is not a slickdeal. Mostly water

This stock must be super old. The government banned anti-bacterial soaps a while ago because they are not effective and misleading. But old stock remains lol
Not 100% sure but wasn't that just triclosan?

While not important enough to do a deep dive, Google says the FDA ban was back in 2016 so something tells me it hasn't taken 8 years to sell the back stock of anti-bacterial soaps.

As you said, "...the FDA issued a rule banning the use of triclosan, triclocarban and 17 other chemicals in hand and body washes. which are marketed as being more effective than simple soap."

I do use the dial foaming dispensers but I tried 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 in that using regular dial hand soap and they all foamed. they were just thicker or thinner foam. i use 3:1 as well.

Used to do that when there is no foaming deal...simple 3:1 mix definitely doesn't works as well as dedicated foaming liquid.

WalMart has the same size for $5.97 with $2.00 additional credit available. Not sure about Amazon's regular price.

Same here. I experimented also and 3 to 1 works best. If you google it, they suggest 2 to 1.
