I've used this before and it's actually pretty good. You'll notice the racks and such are shiny and does a good job removing calcium buildup you didn't realize was there.

I buy the affresh dishwasher tablets and use them once a month in my Bosch 500. Unlike this where you need an empty dishwasher, you can use the tablets with a full load if you want too.

What are you pouring? Read the directions, but I don't think you are supposed to pour it.
