A quick google search shows what I searched to help you. I searched low sodium non gmo ramen and found several options. My concern was the sodium though not the rest you are looking for. Here is a link to help you.

I'd advise you to look up on the history of the cup noodle invention. It was created during the literal apocalypse of world war 2 and the post war where people had nothing or literal garbages to eat. People would have succumbed to cannibalism, which did happened to China and North Korea. If you had a choice between nothing to eat, or garbage soup made from United States Military food scraps or the cup noodle, or eating dead human, the relatively cheap and long lasting cup noodle was a God send. So basically, unless you're in poverty where you can only afford to spend the least amount of money on food, one should eat something healthier. But cup noodle should be marginally better than being hungry with no food or trash can diving for food. Please don't resort to cannibalism, eat cup noodle instead. Lol
