I'm pretty sure it was the same price since mid October. Earlier in the week these were going for $72.

you are right. i stand corrected. they were not $72. they were $71. with free shipping and no sales tax to most states. i bought 3, they already arrived.

the DCS356D1 kit, which is the same tool but bundled with a 2ah battery, sanding attachment and a bonus metal cutting blade was $110 at one point

you can get the D1 kits i described above at $208 for two kits at toolnut right now. https://www.toolnut.com/dewalt-dc...h-kit.html

but again, you have to buy 2 to get that price. doesn't make sense for DIYer, but a great deal for carpenters, construction workers and the like
