i would probably get this instead of the walmart MSI if i had a registry coupon. just need to upgrade the memory. idk why it comes with only 8gb

Only thing to note I think is that in the Target description and elsewhere it calls the gpu a 4050, but the model in the description is listed as GF63 12VF, which is a 4060 according to MSI specs: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/Thin-G...cification

I guess you could argue they gave the wrong item info in the description and get a discount if it's actually the 12VE model (which does have a 4050) and not the 12VF which should have a 4060.

Looks like 1x8GB SODIMM with 1 empty slot. Very bad to ship a "gaming laptop" like this to people who don't know any better, but good that it can be upgraded.
