My larger dog (~60lb) learned pretty quickly that she can lift this toy up and shake it upside down to get all the treats out at once.

Not a bad deal for 7 bucks but beware if you have a smarter pup.

Same, ugh. My dog from early puppy phase figured all these out by grabbing them in his mouth then throw it hard onto the floor, then just casually pick up the treats. Needless to say, saw him doing that for a few times and I gave up on all kind of puzzle toys.

I bought this for my dog years ago (6lb yorkie) and he figured it out pretty quickly. Still kept him occupied for a little while.

Well sure, every dog is going to figure that out if you just leave them with it. This is meant to be a training exercise you perform with your dog and even includes a booklet on how to do that. If you just leave it with them like a dog toy, they'll treat it like a dog toy.

My full size Goldendoodle easily broke off those bone shape flip top hatches. That said, it is worth $6 of entertainment... For me

She swallows Beggin Strips, so breaking them into small pieces to place inside the pockets allowed me to extend the life of my treat bags.

I mean if raw power were smartness, still pretty smart but that's the first thing a dog does if it's not scared of the thing.Just flip stuff over.

My dachshunds pry, bite, flip over, and pull apart any of these puzzles rather than taking the civilized approach of moving sliders.

A repurposed box makes a cheaper alternative for a challenging activity.
