Mine broke after a couple uses. Just spins in 1 direction at high speed with low torque. Dewalt CS is not helpful. When you try and get it repaired there are a dozen model #s that are 20v max XR orbitals and only like 1 or 2 are eligible for returns or repairs. My guess is the non-return/repair ones are the ones going on sale all the time (black Friday style, nearly identical models made cheaply to sell at discount). If they don't stand by their tools then why should I? I bought a $20 Walmart corded one because I was in a time crunch and it's working fine. Not even worth the hassle for the old Dewalt.
