I've tried the Costco, Sams and Hefty bags and they all perform their intended function fine. I buy the scented versions because they cost the same at Sams and Costco. Both places sell boxes of 200 for like $17.50. Unlike the Amazon basics versions, these all fit comfortably over the rim of the bin and don't collapse when you start filling them. They also all have drawstrings. Like napkins and toilet paper, these have one job to do and they do it to my satisfaction.

I went with the 120 count Hefty bags for $12.74. Close enough to my 10c per bag max.
