At this price it's worth it.
PS5 update appears to only bump fps from 30 to 60, no native PS5 version... so not taking full advantage unfortunately.

At this price it's worth it.
Why, it give you copies to download on both ps4 and ps5 ( same ps4 version with update tho). Without messing with disc.
I have personally invested solely in discs till this point when I got ps5, I still buy disc but I perfer digital now mostly because I have two locations and I have kept my ps4 at home and ps5 at work home. So rather me messing around with discs or forgetting I have digital copy so I have same game on both consoles as only there both ps4 / ps5 copies.
Some games even give both consoles copy for 1 price, so I download ps5 version copy on ps5 and ps4 will download its ps4 copy.

best buy also has TLOU 1 Remastered for PS4 at $10
If you enjoyed TLOU, this $10 for TLOU2 is worth it.
Is it a perfect game? No, but for $10 the game play was good and was worth the price to satisfy my itch of what happens after TLOU.
