Product review: I hate most protein shakes, especially Muscle Milk and Pure Protein. But I have to have one a day because I had a gastric bypass. This one ROCKS on so many levels - flavor, consistency, nutrients and CAFFEINE!! I'm also prone to migraines and having a low level of caffeination all day helps counter them. So this helps me on soooo many levels. But none of this would work without the flavor, and I actually look forward to it every morning.
