We're going to need a pair of these for the 4080s.. probably have to do some re-wiring to the house too.

At the same time? No probably not especially under heavy loads.

How is the Reputation of Cooler Master vs Corsair.

Worth the risk to get the extra 100 W over this deal: https://dealquestnow.online/f/15668809-corsair-rmx-series-rm750x-750-watt-80-gold-fully-modular-power-supply-79-free-shipping

Pretty decent price. Also all the cables are ribbon style to my knowledge easier to fit in back of case.

Well, this 850W with 5 years warranty Vs 750W with 10 years warranty?
I choose 750W with 10 years warranty since my systems peak won't need more than 500W

MWE series is known not to last. The V series is the B-tier PSU. This is not

I would vote the Corsair. 750W covers most average builds, and Corsair has a reputation for excellent power supplies. I have this exact model in white. It performs flawlessly. 10 year warranty is great.

Either way, this is a mediocre PSU and should not be front page for being $80.

I have the 750W version of this. It's a decent power supply. I run a 3700X and RTX 2080 Super. The built quality of the PSU could be better, especially the connectors.

If anyone is curious, the MWE V1 had a lot of bad reviews. Complaints of DOA and dead units after six months. So this is presumably why they introduced MWE V2. There are not a lot of reviews for V2. This one review I read thoroughly tested the MWE V2 and it had headroom of 200W for the 750W version.
