This has fragrance. It's just marketing making people buy this according to my babies dermatologist. She recommended all free and clear if anyone is wondering to switch to this.

1- Lots of 1star reviews on bad smell in newer batch. Since a few years ago.
2- Agree with @wowyahoo, only need this if baby skin is hypoallergenic

I am personally using All free and clear with zero issues, though it seems many brands have a version.

Any of these (esp. those on first two pages) should serve you fairly well.

I used this for my newborn for her 1st year. Then someone mentioned that since you hold a baby on you, the baby is also on contact with your clothes a lot.

I could not justify the cost of washing all our clothes with the Dreft detergent so started looking for other options of hypoallergenic detergent, and also came across "Free and Clear". Have been buying the "All free and Clear" at Costco and washing all our clothes with it for last 5-6 months, and have not had any issues.

I second the All Free and Clear. This Dreft smells like homeless man's armpit for some reason, but others love it. My babies have sensitive skin so any fragrance is bad. And even Tide Free and Clear gave them rashes.

Any "free & clear" detergent is better than this. Name brand or generic, it's better than Dreft.

Babies shouldn't be doing laundry at that age.
