Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

Received my scooter on Saturday. Finally opened it up last night. Looks brand new and connects to the app without any issue.

You can but make sure you change serial number to n2gtx1601cxxxx, save your old serial, instead of xxxx put thr last 4 of your old serial
Thanks for this tip. I just ordered the one you linked. Where do you enter in the new serial number? Is it in the Segway app before flashing?

Has anyone had an issue with shipping?

I ordered the scooter for $199 on November 25th on November 27th it said it shipped from Harrisburg Pennsylvania, has not updated since

I spoke with walmart.com customer service (I was on with them for an hour and 45 minutes keep getting transferred) after a lot of back and forth, first they told me they'll give me 20% off the New order then they told me they'll give me 35% eventually told me that it was a price mistake and they will not honor anything (even though there's the exact same listing today in stock for $399)
That's BS man. Sorry to hear about that. Have you checked with Ontrac or the carrier they shipped it with?

Oh do you have a link to instructions on how you flashed this dash? Seems like you were able to get the stock firmware which is all I'm looking for.

Thanks!

$399 is not with Walmart. It's sold and shipped by 3rd party

It could be due to holiday so tracking update is lacking... I have same issue with Ontrac, the tracking stated @awaiting package for 5 days and suddenly changed to out for delivery today.

To make it faster, change lighting controls and to keep track of mileage.

You can use it out of the box.

With my scooter it was locked to 15mph and was not able to update firmware or use BT features.

With a $24 part I am now able to update the master control firmware with the newest Segway firmware.

I can now lock and unlock the scooter.

Track the scooter with GPS

Unlocked to 18mph

Can use different speed modes. Such as ECO mode with a select-able limit between 3-9 MPH. Great if you want to let the kids ride the scooter. It has lower torque and won't exceed the speed you set it at.

You can use it as is but I think the upgrade was worth it. I think some people also get them to pair to the app out of the box.

Is this only flashing the dashboard or the dashboard and the main board? I thought both had to be flashed.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I just bought one of the Amazon dashboards that you referenced. I plan on trying this out over the weekend and see how it works. Any suggestions/guidance as I install this new dash?
