I've had this monitor for a year now. It's awesome, super clean with just one USB-C cable to my laptop, plus extra USB and HDMI ports.

But, the built-in camera is terrible. The video quality is subpar compared to other webcams. It randomly crashes mid-meeting, along with the mic, and everyone sees a frozen, weird face. The only fix is restarting the camera by pushing it "down and up" at the start of the day.

There is another thunderbolt version without an in-built cam that I wish I had gone for. It has an additional usb port to connect an external webcam.

You think maybe the camera issue is just a one-off case? Have you tried updating drivers/firmware?
Also, do you know if this monitor can do a split screen or window-in-window of two separate sources?

I'm not confident in this, but if you scroll down on the page there's a video/gif showing split screen. Can't confirm if that's how it actually is though.

It does have Picture by Picture and Picture in Picture. The KVM switch is also nice if you're using two PC's. It allows you to switch mouse and keyboard control from one PC to the next.

Yes, it can do PIP and split screen. I haven't tried it yet.

The camera issue is not unique based on the reviews from other users.
