None that I know of but different set of micro/nutrients. Both healthy depending on how clean they are.

Says "Use within 3 months of opening". Thats a lot of tallow to use if you're just cooking with it. It's easy enough to make your own by trimming the fat off the beef before cooking.

Absolutely not - don't look at big business trying to push this crap hard on you, it's nowhere comparable to avocado oil.
